I remeasured myself this evening since I started a new cardio workout.  I wanted to be able to track my progress.  Though I don’t know how accurate the measurements are as they are post-workout instead of pre-workout

Age – 31

Weight – 115 lbs

Height – 62″ / 5’2 3/4″

Calves – 13″

Thighs – 21″

Hips – 36″

Waist – 26″

Biceps – 10.75″

Deltoids – 10.75″

June 2012

Age – 30

Weight – 115 lbs

Height – 62″ / 5’2 3/4″

Calves – 13″

Thighs – 21.5″

Hips – 35.5″

Waist – 27″

Biceps – 10.5″
